POSITION DESCRIPTION

Assists building management team with the overall efficient operation of the asset in order to maintain high tenant satisfaction and a positive image of the property. Address tenant concerns, monitor vendor performance, review insurance certificates for compliance, conduct property inspections and tenant moves, assist with annual budget and monthly reports, interact with leasing team, conduct move-ins and move-outs, initiate work orders and confirm completion. Assist in preparation and distribution of tenant communication. Co-ordinate and supervise contracted vendors, review service contracts, maintain contract abstracts and payments. Ensure that all site-specific documentation and financial reports are completed accurately and on time. Complete AY standard training. Proficiency in use of a personal computer and software (Microsoft Office Suite) as well as CRE apps. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson License (or in progress of obtaining) required.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Investment Land Asset Manager (ILAM) is responsible for the management of OHA’s portfolio of commercial properties and real estate holdings (“Investment Lands”). The ILAM also assists the Investment Land Manager and Managing Director of Real Estate with the planning and development of OHA’s Investment Lands as well as the acquisition or disposition of prospective lands. The ILAM also coordinates leasing activities for OHA’s corporate offices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in real estate, land use planning, business administration or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • General Experience. Four (4) years of progressively responsible work experience in one or any combination of the following: commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, sales and leasing), or land property management of commercial real estate properties.

Years of experience can be counted towards education requirement. Advanced degrees can be counted towards years of experience.
