Senior Property Manager reports to General Manager and is responsible for the operation, physical condition, and general performance of the property. Within that overall responsibility, this position supervises personnel assigned to the property and ensures the highest possible standards and efficiency of building maintenance and services.
Arrange for alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of property per annual budget and 10-year capital plan. Prepare and submit annual operating budget. Substantiate budget recommendations and exercise control over operating expenditures.
Prepare financial and variance reports, approve payables, review and recommend building improvement projects, and negotiate and execute contracts.
