POSITION DESCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS

Provide support in managing a portfolio of properties on Oahu.

Assist with bid process for contracted services.

Prepare lease summaries for tenant leases.

Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports.

Assist with preparation of the annual budget and operating expense escalations.

Assist with rent collection and minor account issues.

Monitor tenant relations.

Draft correspondence on various matters

Work on special projects under supervision

Work with contracted building staff and maintain vendor relationships

Assist in answering tenant service calls and dispatching service personnel

QUALIFICATIONS:

Commercial property management or related experience preferred.

High school graduate; college degree preferred.

Ability to understand lease requirements.

Driver's license, valid insurance, reliable transportation.

Provide excellent customer service

Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.

Must be a self starter with the ability to problem solve

Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethics.

Detail oriented with the ability to convey information orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to conclusion and to display sound and accurate judgment.

Must be organized and task oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

POSITION DESCRIPTION We are a Hawaii pavement product and equipment manufacturer and dealer with our operations based in Mapunapuna. We are seeking a general yard worker to assist in Plant Operations including Basic Maintenance, Manufacturing/Production, Assembly...etc.

Must be ready to work hard and come in with a positive, ready to do anything it takes to get the job done attitude. You will need to pay attention to details, have a great work ethic, and be skilled with your hands. You will also assist customers as needed when they come to pick up product.

EXPERIENCE:

General Labor Experience

Ability to drive a Fork-Lift Preferred (not required)

Ability to drive a Skid-steer loader Preferred (not required)

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

Ability to understand and follow work instructions
