Assist building management team with the overall efficient operation of the asset in order to maintain high level of tenant satisfaction and a positive image of the property.
Assist General Manager with lease administration and ensures important documents (contracts, leases, financial reports, purchase orders, etc.) are completed and uploaded to the cloud. Compile and distribute operations, financial and leasing reports.
Organize and promote tenant events throughout the year. Lead, coordinate and supervise staff to ensure events are carried out as planned. Manage periodic newsletters from soliciting articles, editing content, review and comments, and publishing.
Address general building inquiries and initiate work orders for tenant service requests, review insurance certificates for compliance, assist with client meetings.
Complete AY standard training. Proficiency in use of a personal computer and software (Microsoft Office Suite) and other property-specific applications (IMPAK, C-Cure, BSS, Publisher, Canva, SurveyMonkey). Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
