POSITION DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Property Manager reports to General Manager and is responsible for the operation, physical condition, and general performance of the property. Arrange for alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of property per annual budget and 10-year capital plan. Prepare and submit annual operating budget. Substantiate budget recommendations and exercise control over operating expenditures.
