Parking structures are often neglected but some of the most exposed to the elements and heavily abused portions of a facility. We will discuss some of the common types of construction and critical areas for protection. We will also discuss some of the new materials to protect and upgrade parking structures, in addition to how new materials can be used to adjust phasing and reduce impact.
