Alexander and Baldwin
Gail Abrena-Agas is a Senior Property Manager at Alexander & Baldwin, where she manages a portfolio of commercial assets valued at more than $125 million. She is responsible for the development and implementation of asset management strategies in order to maximize A&B’s portfolio values. Prior to joining A&B, Gail was a trust real estate officer at First Hawaiian Bank, where she managed in a fiduciary role, a portfolio of commercial and residential assets held in trust. Gail is an Oahu native that returned to the islands in 2016 after 17 years spent in New York and Los Angeles. She began and developed her career in real estate with Los Angeles-based companies Karlin Asset Management and Oakwood Worldwide.
Gail holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a minor in Law and Society from New York University. In addition to her involvement with BOMA, she is member of NAIOP and CCIM Hawaii chapters. Her passions include reading, spending time with family, and helping to drive A&B’s diversity & inclusion initiatives.
