Bobbie Lau (B), CPM is a Senior Asset Manager at Kamehameha Schools and oversees a portfolio of 104 acres of commercial lands in Kapālama, Oahu. She is responsible for creating and maintaining real estate value and returns in conjunction with the overall mission of the school. Bobbie has over twenty five years of experience in commercial real estate. She was previously Vice President at the Howard Hughes Corporation, leading property management and operations of Ward Village, and Senior Vice President at Colliers, responsible for the Property Management Division where she assisted in growing the portfolio from 5 million to 7.2 million square feet. She graduated from Kamehameha Schools, received her BA in Business Communications from the University of Hawaii and her MBA in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and licensed real estate broker. She has served as president for BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), IREM (institute of Real Estate Management), KIA (Kaka’ako Improvement Association) and currently serves as a board member for Sacred Hearts Academy.
